This commercial building underwent a 3 month full gut and renovation, and the Interior Design was completed by DTSH Interiors.

Previously, this interior tenant space was occupied by a women's boutique clothing store.

​

DTSH completed a programming analysis, to determine the companies needs for an office, factoring in future growth.

​

The interior design process took place over six months, starting from initial concepts, to schematic design, design development through to the final presentation.

​

All new office furniture was also part of the design services provided to this company. 

​

Our favorite aspects of this design, including the industrial influenced conference room, positioned at the front of the office, near the only windows. This allows natural light from to filter through to the whole office. Additionally, a faux brick wall was installed to give the feeling of an original exposed brick, adding to the industrial ambiance.

A stunning live edge custom made conference table, crafted by Antiques on Washington, was also a main feature of the conference room.
