IT STARTS WITH THE CONSULTATION Nearly all of our design services start with an Interior Design Consultation. (The only service which does not require a consultation is our Designer for A Day Service. After your “Discovery Call", this is an critical step in our design process allowing our design team to meet you in your home, walk through and talk about your space with you, learn about your design dreams and goals. During the consultation, we’ll also take some time to educate you about our design process! YOUR DESIGN CONSULTATION: This approximately one-hour consultation will address your design dreams, desires and concerns. This initial meeting is to determine the scope of work for interior design services, and to understand the aesthetic desired and space constraints to work with. It is helpful if you can gather any inspirational images, and communicate with the designer which elements of the images you most admire. A Design Proposal will be sent to you within in 2-3 business days after your consultation. The Design Proposal will include an estimated cost for further interior design services. FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO BOOK YOUR CONSULTATION: 1. Purchase this package 2. Schedule the Consultation 3. Gather a few Inspiration Images 4. Discuss your desired level of investment with all parties involved 5. GET EXCITED! WHAT TO EXPECT: • You'll get up to one hour (60 mins) at your home (in-person or virtually) to discuss the spaces you are planning to improve. It's often best if we can talk about the top spaces you are looking to prioritize first, so that we can take a deeper dive and get the most of our time together. • If this is a new build, renovation or relocation, no worries, we can always review floor plans, house layouts, concepts with you during our visit. • This Design Consultation is a vital step in our design process as it will gives us a chance to meet you, walk through your home and lay eyes on the spaces you're updating. NEXT STEPS: After your consultation, we will schedule a time to review your proposal together. This is optional but recommended if your schedule allows. Laura will review and discuss your Design Proposal with you. The proposal will outline your design fee, estimated furnishings investment, project timeline and your payment schedule. You’ll have the opportunity to review our proposal, and we’ll answer any questions to make sure you feel comfortable and excited about getting started!

Cancellation Policy

Design Discovery calls are complimentary. Our scheduled consultation fee is non-refundable. The consultation you purchase can be used at any time within the next 12 months, and can be transferred to anyone. We kindly ask that whenever possible, you will provide as much notice as possible in the event that you do need to reschedule your consultation. We ask for at least 48 hours notice of your cancellation.
