FULL SERVICE DESIGN: Our most popular service option for a reason! This service is our most comprehensive. We provide full custom design plans that include: WHAT YOU'LL GET: Complete design concept presentation • Mood boards to present you with custom-sourced furnishings, finishes, fabric and paint/trim selections Detailed floor plan layouts for your approval Detailed investment estimate for your approval • Price lists including images and sizes for all furniture selections • In-person detailed design presentation meeting Access to our trusted, vetted network of trade partners to complete any renovation work TIMELINE: The timeline is approximately 2 months from our kickoff meeting to the time orders are placed. ****Typically order timelines are 12 weeks, however due to the pandemic, this is subject to extended timelines**** This service is a flat design fee with a defined scope of work, and will take you to your HGTV Style - BIG REVEAL DAY! You'll start to envision your fresh, new space via our renderings. You'll get a glimpse into the luxurious details when you touch and feel the designer fabrics and samples we bring to you. After our presentation, you'll understand how the design is pulled together, including everything from each furniture piece to the paint colors we select for your exciting project. After our presentation meeting, we will take care of all further details by implementing the entire plan for you, including procurement, ordering and tracking items, arranging deliveries, and detailed accessory styling for a full final reveal. Please note that the initial consultation fee is separate. Client’s who work with us for this elite full service understand and appreciate that we are taking care of every detail. We order only from our trusted trade suppliers. There is no piecemeal for these projects, we are all committed and essentially (happily) married until the end of the project! Single room designs start at $6500, based on scope of work and square footage, with a bundle pricing breaks available for multiple rooms. Just ask us how this works on your discovery call. Cancellation Policy

Design Discovery calls are complimentary. Our scheduled consultation fee is non-refundable. The consultation you purchase can be used at any time within the next 12 months, and can be transferred to anyone. We kindly ask that whenever possible, you will provide as much notice as possible in the event that you do need to reschedule your consultation. We ask for at least 48 hours notice of your cancellation.
