HALF DAY DESIGN SESSION - NEW CONSTRUCTION: You'll have the undivided attention of our Award-Winning Principal Designer for a highly focused half day session. For a relatively small design fee, you'll have a designers direct input on your New Construction Home at a high level. You'll be able to ask Laura any questions you have during this time. We will keep an eye on the overall design aesthetic of your home, making sure the interior finishes all flow together. We can also advise on the functional layout such as minor tweaks to the floor plan. We can also give ideas on the details to make your kitchen design highly personalized and feeling high end. HOW IT WORKS: We will meet at our showroom to work through the selections of your New Build - New Construction Home. We will meet for 4 hours, addressing any concerns. We will try to accomplish as much as we can during your session. Multiple sessions are sometimes necessary depending upon size of build or level of detail. WHAT YOU GET: A half day, 1-on-1 with our Award Winning Principal Interior Designer Answers to any questions you have about your interior finishes and color palette Advice on exterior finish selections Feedback on layout of rooms, tweaking of layout if requested Input on kitchen design details and material selections such as door style, backsplash tile selection, countertop selection and hardware selection. Cancellation Policy

Design Discovery calls are complimentary. Our scheduled consultation fee is non-refundable. The consultation you purchase can be used at any time within the next 12 months, and can be transferred to anyone. We kindly ask that whenever possible, you will provide as much notice as possible in the event that you do need to reschedule your consultation. We ask for at least 48 hours notice of your cancellation.
