The only direction for the design aesthetic was, "hip" and "modern." Extensive renovations were made throughout the property.

An additional floor was added to this two story home from the late 1800's. The third floor is now a master bedroom loft with exposed beams and on-suite bathroom, with a ladder to a future rooftop garden with views of the city.
