I will draw attention to views and outdoor space, while deflecting attention from any flaws. I will style your home to attract a wide variety of buyers. From furniture and paint selection to artwork and the finishing touches, my goal is to stage your home to be a warm, inviting space that buyers walk through the door and instantly feel, "this is home!"

Many people ask why staging a home is important. With so many homes for sale, you need to make sure yours stands apart in this competitive market. Today buyers start their search online. If photos posted of your home don't catch the eye, a buyer will move on to the next.
Buyers want to be able to envision themselves in your home. Home staging creates a warm and inviting atmosphere that appeals to buyers and creates a great first impression. My extensive interior design experience has taught me how to turn ANY home into a show piece. I can help you make your house more desirable to buyers and maximize your profit.
Call Laura of Designed to Sell Homes, LLC today (412) 418 - 6993 to schedule an initial in-home consultation. I will first take the time to discuss your options over the phone for Home Staging and Interior Design Services. My goal is to understand your timeline and find the best way to work with you. Phone consultations are free.
The initial in-home consultation investment is $400 and lasts up to two hours.
After the in-home consultation, Designed to Sell Homes, LLC will provide a
Home Staging Action Plan, detailing a room-by room plan to improve your home's marketability. An estimate for Turn-Key Home Staging Services will be provided when needed.
This farmhouse-chic table scape was created to soften industrial interior elements. This was a complete interior remodel of a late 1800's duplex. Elegant renovations completed in the historic Mexican War Streets of Pittsburgh. The actual table is from a farm in Mount Pleasant, PA, made of rustic barn wood and constructed by the Amish. It was artfully refinished with a chalky white dry brush technique.
Home staging completed for this gorgeous renovation project on 5175 Dresden in Lawrenceville, PA. The only direction for staging aesthetic was, "hip" and "modern." Extensive renovations were made throughout the property. An additional floor was added to this two story home from the late 1800's. The third floor is now a master bedroom loft with exposed beams and on-suite bathroom, with a ladder to a future rooftop garden with views of the city.
This gorgeous property overlooking North Park in Wexford PA was a pleasure to stage. Designed to Sell Homes, LLC brought in new bedroom furniture, rearranged artwork and painted the unique architectural element in the center of the room, the fireplace black from it's previous brass color. All in all this room had a dramatic makeover.
