STEP 1: INQUIRE
If you have a project in mind to update and beautify your home or commercial space, please reach out to inquire about our services. DTSH Interiors offers a complimentary Design Discovery Call, which lasts 15-30 minutes, and can be booked directly through this website!
This call is a chance for me to learn more about your project goals and for you to ask any questions you may have. It is also an informal way for us to get to know each other a little better.
If, after our call, we mutually decide that your project is a match for my services, the next step will be to schedule an in home Interior Design Consultation. This consultation is an intense working session, and lasts up to two hours. During this time I will tour your space, listen to your concerns and I will formulate a plan. Within a week, I will provide a detailed proposal for services based on our conversation.
Whether you are updating and renovating your kitchen, doing a one-room makeover or building a new house, I am here to assist you through the process. I offer the expertise to guide the decision making process.

After our initial Design Discovery Call, we will meet in person at your home for an up-to-two hour Interior Design Consultation. For this meeting, it is helpful if you are prepared with any inspirational images or any relevant project information you may have. During your consultation, I will start to formulate a plan for your space.
Within a week, I will provide a proposal for interior design services. I offer different levels of services depending on what your needs are and what you are looking for.
Once hired, I will start working on the design plan for your space! This typically takes about 4-8 weeks to complete. During that time, I will be sourcing furniture, fabric, light fixtures, rugs and accessories specific to your input and our previous discussions. I will put all of these elements together, and present them in one cohesive design, which will help you to visualize your space!
I will prepare floor plans, elevation drawings and provide images and details about everything that will be required to make your design come to life. Once you have approved the selections, a deposit will be due, and orders will be placed! At this point, your project will move into the next phase, Procurement and Project Management.
PROCUREMENT |& PROJECT MANAGEMENT PHASE:
If you have opted for our full service interior design package, I will then begin to track and receive all of your orders at my warehouse. Each item will be inspected for quality as it arrives. I will hold these items in my warehouse until all items for your project have arrived. At this point, your installation day will be scheduled! Everything will be delivered at once, eliminating the hassle of you receiving multiple deliveries.
The installation day will take place. I will have a crew of professional assistants and movers helping move and style every last detail into place in your home.
