Service Description

We are excited that you are considering reaching out to our firm about your project. This is a 20 Minute Interior Design Discovery Call. This call is meant to be an informal discussion about your upcoming project and a chance to get to know each other a little better. We will also explain more about our design process, and you'll have a chance to ask any questions. At this time, we will be looking for more information about your upcoming project, such as the project type, size, timeline and your initial thoughts about your investment. After this call, the next step will be to schedule your in-home Interior Design Consultation. The Interior Design Consultation is approximately 1 hour. During your consultation, we will tour your space. We will also go over a high-level presentation outlining what to expect while working with our design firm. You'll walk away confident in our process, with all of the information you need to make a decision on which service is right for your design needs. After your consultation, we will prepare a custom proposal for services within 2 business days.

Cancellation Policy

Design Discovery calls are complimentary. Our scheduled consultation fee is non-refundable. The consultation you purchase can be used at any time within the next 12 months, and can be transferred to anyone. We kindly ask that whenever possible, you will provide as much notice as possible in the event that you do need to reschedule your consultation. We ask for at least 48 hours notice of your cancellation.
